Your guide, not your judge.
I became a therapist because I believe people are far more resilient than the stories they've been told about themselves — and I built Bold Journey to prove that seeking support is an act of courage, not a last resort.
My Story
Long before I had a license behind my name, I was the person people came to when things got hard — the friend who asked the second question, who noticed when something didn't add up, who stayed in the room when it would've been easier to look away.
Becoming a therapist wasn't a career pivot. It was a formal invitation to keep doing what I already couldn't stop doing — except now with the training, frameworks, and evidence-based tools to actually help, instead of just caring hard and hoping.
Along the way, I noticed something: the people who healed fastest weren't the ones with the fewest problems. They were the ones who had somewhere to be fully honest without being fixed, judged, or rushed. That's the space I've spent my career building — first in the therapy room, and now through Bold Journey.
"Bold Journey" isn't about having it all figured out. It's about taking the next step anyway.
I named this practice Bold Journey because healing has never once looked like a straight line for anyone I've worked with — including myself. It looks like courage, shown up in small, unglamorous moments: making the call, saying the hard thing, choosing curiosity over shame. That's the boldness I mean. Not fearlessness — willingness.
My Philosophy
You are not broken, and you don't need to be fixed — you need to be understood. I believe healing happens in relationship, not isolation, and that awareness is what turns old patterns into real choices. Growth doesn't require perfection; it just requires showing up again.
My Approach
I speak like an experienced therapist having coffee with you, not lecturing at you — professional without being clinical, warm without losing honesty. Sessions are collaborative and evidence-informed, drawing on approaches like Gottman Method, family systems, and trauma-informed care, tailored to what you actually need.
